Brand deployment and management for Quinzecent, an exceptional real estate project in the heart of downtown Montreal. The mandate included adapting and extending the visual identity across a range of communication materials—promotional campaigns, print collateral, advertising displays, dedicated landing pages, and graphic treatments for the construction site hoardings.
For the Penthouse Collection, a distinctive brand signature was developed, inspired by the original identity, along with a website showcasing the elegance and refinement of these exclusive residences.
This work earned a Silver Award at the 2023 Summit Creative Awards in the Marketing Materials category for the Quinzecent Signature Penthouse Collection, created for Brivia Group.
